At Riderhood (developed by Cengiz Molla), you have full control over your account and personal data. You can request deletion of your account or your data at any time using the methods described below.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from within the Riderhood app by following these steps:

Alternatively, you can request account deletion by sending an email to support@riderhood.app with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include the email address or username associated with your Riderhood account. We will process your request within 3 business days.

How to Delete Your Data Without Deleting Your Account

If you want to keep your Riderhood account but wish to have some or all of your data deleted, you can request this by following these steps:

What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your Riderhood account, the following types of data will be permanently deleted:

• Profile information — name, username, email address, phone number, profile photo, bio
• User-generated content — posts, stories (Motogram), comments, and likes
• Messages — all chat conversations and message history
• Ride records — ride tracking data, routes, and RideMap history
• Marketplace listings — all active and past listings
• Social connections — followers and following lists
• Notification data — notification preferences and push notification tokens
• Subscription data — subscription status and purchase history

What Data Is Retained and For How Long

After account or data deletion, Riderhood may retain certain data for a limited period as follows:

• Backup systems: Copies of your data may exist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days after deletion, after which they are permanently and irreversibly removed.
• Legal obligations: If required by applicable law (e.g., financial transaction records), certain anonymized records may be retained for the legally mandated period.
• Fraud prevention: Minimal anonymized data may be retained to prevent abuse and fraud.

No personally identifiable data is retained beyond these specific purposes. After the retention period, all data is permanently deleted.

Important Notes

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Once deleted, your account and data cannot be recovered.
• Any active subscriptions should be cancelled through your app store (Google Play or Apple App Store) before deleting your account. Deleting your Riderhood account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions.
• If you have pending transactions in the marketplace, please resolve them before requesting deletion.

Riderhood (gelistirici: Cengiz Molla) uygulamasinda hesabiniz ve kisisel verileriniz uzerinde tam kontrole sahipsiniz. Hesabinizin veya verilerinizin silinmesini asagidaki yontemleri kullanarak istediginiz zaman talep edebilirsiniz.

Hesabinizi Nasil Silebilirsiniz

Hesabinizi ve tum iliskili verilerinizi dogrudan Riderhood uygulamasi uzerinden asagidaki adimlari izleyerek silebilirsiniz:

Hangi Veriler Silinir

Riderhood hesabinizi sildiginizde asagidaki veri turleri kalici olarak silinir:

• Profil bilgileri — ad, kullanici adi, e-posta adresi, telefon numarasi, profil fotografi, biyografi
• Kullanici icerikleri — paylasimlar, hikayeler (Motogram), yorumlar ve begeniler
• Mesajlar — tum sohbet konusmalari ve mesaj gecmisi
• Surus kayitlari — surus takip verileri, rotalar ve RideMap gecmisi
• Pazar yeri ilanlari — tum aktif ve gecmis ilanlar
• Sosyal baglanti bilgileri — takipci ve takip ettikleriniz listeleri
• Bildirim verileri — bildirim tercihleri ve push bildirim tokenlari
• Abonelik verileri — abonelik durumu ve satin alma gecmisi

Hangi Veriler Ne Kadar Sure Saklanir

Hesap veya veri silme isleminden sonra Riderhood, belirli verileri sinirli bir sure saklayabilir:

• Yedekleme sistemleri: Verilerinizin kopyalari, silinmeden sonra sifrelenmis yedeklerde en fazla 90 gun boyunca bulunabilir. Bu surenin ardindan kalici ve geri donulemez sekilde silinir.
• Yasal yukumlulukler: Yururlukteki yasalarin gerektirdigi durumlarda (ornegin finansal islem kayitlari), belirli anonimlestrilmis kayitlar yasal olarak zorunlu tutulan sure boyunca saklanabilir.
• Dolandiricilik onleme: Kotuye kullanim ve dolandiriciligi onlemek icin minimum duzeyde anonimlestrilmis veri saklanabilir.

Bu belirli amaclar disinda kisisel olarak tanimlanabilir hicbir veri saklanmaz. Saklama suresinin ardindan tum veriler kalici olarak silinir.

Onemli Bilgiler

• Hesap silme islemi kalici ve geri alinamazdir. Silindikten sonra hesabiniz ve verileriniz kurtarilamaz.
• Aktif aboneliklerinizi hesabinizi silmeden once uygulama magazaniz (Google Play veya Apple App Store) uzerinden iptal etmelisiniz. Riderhood hesabinizi silmek, uygulama magazasi aboneliklerini otomatik olarak iptal etmez.
• Pazar yerinde bekleyen islemleriniz varsa, silme talebinde bulunmadan once bunlari cozumlemeniz onerilir.
