This Terms of Service agreement defines the conditions for using the Riderhood mobile application and web services. By downloading or using the application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials (e.g., password, device access). Users are fully responsible — legally and ethically — for all content they share within the platform (photos, videos, text, etc.).
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use Riderhood. By using the application, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If we become aware that a user under the age of 16 has created an account, we reserve the right to terminate that account immediately.
To maintain community standards and ensure a respectful environment, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
• Insults, threats, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content
• Spam, fake accounts, misleading or fraudulent content
• Advertising or trading illegal products or services
• Fraud, identity theft, or manipulation of data
• Actions that violate another user's privacy
• Attempts to disrupt or harm the Riderhood platform (e.g., automated bots, malicious code)
Any violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination, as determined by Riderhood.
Users can report content they believe violates these terms or community guidelines by using the in-app reporting feature. Riderhood reviews all reports and may remove content or suspend accounts at its discretion. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used without authorization, please contact us at support@riderhood.app with the following information: a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing content within the app, and your contact details. We will review and respond to valid requests in accordance with applicable laws.
Riderhood enables users to exchange products or services directly with each other. However, Riderhood acts solely as a neutral intermediary platform and is not a party to any transaction. The accuracy, delivery, and payment of items or services are the sole responsibility of the users involved. Riderhood cannot be held liable for disputes, losses, or damages arising between users.
Riderhood provides its services "as is", without any warranties or guarantees of uninterrupted availability. The company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from service interruptions, technical issues, or data loss. Riderhood reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the application at any time, without prior notice.
If Riderhood detects rule violations, fraudulent activity, spam, or any unlawful behavior, it may suspend or permanently delete the user's account. Users may also delete their accounts at any time via the in-app settings. Deleted accounts may result in loss of all associated data, which cannot be restored.
The Riderhood name, logo, design, software, and database are the exclusive property of Riderhood Technologies. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited. Users agree not to engage in activities that could harm Riderhood's reputation, brand, or intellectual property.
These terms may be updated from time to time as deemed necessary. Updated versions will be published at riderhood.app/terms with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the application after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In the event of any dispute, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Bu sozlesme, Riderhood mobil uygulamasinin ve web hizmetlerinin kullanim kosullarini belirler. Uygulamayi yukleyip kullanmaya basladiginizda, bu sartlari kabul etmis sayilirsiniz.
Kullanici, kayit sirasinda dogru, guncel ve eksiksiz bilgiler vermekle yukumludur. Hesabin guvenliginden (sifre gizliligi, cihaz erisimi vb.) kullanici sorumludur. Paylasilan tum iceriklerin (fotograf, video, metin vb.) hukuki ve etik sorumlulugu tamamen kullaniciya aittir.
Riderhood'u kullanmak ve hesap olusturmak icin en az 16 yasinda olmaniz gerekmektedir. Uygulamayi kullanarak bu yas sartini karsiladiginizi beyan etmis olursunuz. 16 yasindan kucuk bir kullanicinin hesap olusturdugu tespit edilirse, bu hesap derhal kapatilabilir.
Riderhood topluluk standartlarini korumak amaciyla asagidaki eylemler yasaktir:
• Hakaret, tehdit, cinsiyetci veya irkci soylemler
• Spam, sahte hesap veya yaniltici icerik paylasimi
• Yasa disi urun veya hizmetlerin tanitimi
• Dolandiricilik, kimlik hirsizligi veya veri manipulasyonu
• Baska kullanicilarin gizliligini ihlal eden eylemler
• Riderhood altyapisina zarar verebilecek mudahaleler (orn. otomatik bot kullanimi)
Kullanicilar, bu sozlesmeyi veya topluluk kurallarini ihlal ettigini dusundukleri icerikleri uygulama ici raporlama ozelligi ile bildirebilir. Riderhood tum raporlari inceler ve gerekli gordugunde icerigi kaldirabilir veya hesaplari askiya alabilir. Telif hakki ile korunan iceriklerinizin izinsiz kullanildigini dusunuyorsaniz, lutfen support@riderhood.app adresine basvurun. Basvurunuzda korunan eserin tanimi, uygulama icindeki konumu ve iletisim bilgileriniz yer almalidir. Gecerli talepler yururlukteki yasalar cercevesinde degerlendirilir.
Riderhood, kullanicilarin kendi aralarinda urun veya hizmet alisverisi yapmasina imkan tanir. Ancak Riderhood bu surecte araci veya taraf degildir. Urunlerin dogrulugu, teslimati veya odeme islemleri tamamen kullanicilarin sorumlulukundadir. Riderhood, kullanicilar arasi anlasmazliklardan dogrudan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Riderhood, hizmeti "oldugu gibi" (as is) sunar. Hizmet kesintileri, teknik arizalar veya veri kayiplarindan dolayi dogrudan veya dolayli zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Riderhood, herhangi bir zamanda uygulamayi degistirme, durdurma veya guncelleme hakkini sakli tutar.
Kullanim kurallarina aykiri davranis, dolandiricilik, spam veya yasa ihlali tespit edilirse hesap gecici olarak askiya alinabilir veya kalici olarak silinebilir. Kullanici da diledigi zaman uygulama ici ayarlardan hesabini silebilir.
Riderhood logosu, ismi, tasarimi, yazilimi ve veritabani Riderhood Technologies'e aittir. Izinsiz kopyalama, cogaltma veya dagitim yasaktir. Kullanici, Riderhood'un ticari itibarima zarar verecek faaliyetlerde bulunamaz.
Bu sozlesme, gerekli goruldugunde guncellenebilir. Guncellenmis surumler riderhood.app/terms adresinde yayinlanir ve yururluk tarihi belirtilir. Uygulamayi kullanmaya devam etmeniz, yeni kosullari kabul ettiginiz anlamina gelir.
Bu sozlesme Turkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarina tabidir. Taraflar arasindaki uyusmazliklarda Istanbul Mahkemeleri ve Icra Daireleri yetkilidir.
